What is the shelf life of your treats and how do they need to be stored?

We bake your treats fresh for your order to give you the best quality treats.  Shelf life for our biscuits is 4-6 months.  Our treats do not need to be refrigerated.  However, our treats can be refrigerated or can be freeze for longer storage up to a year.  But we guarantee that these treats won't last that long!

Do you use preservatives in your treats and are the ingredients safe for dogs?

All of our treats are baked fresh with wholesome ingredients like whole wheat flour, egg and natural peanut butter.  To extend the shelf life of our biscuits, we add Vitamin E a natural preservative and antioxidant.  For more information about the ingredients used, please refer to our ingredients page.

After I place my order, how long does it take to process and ship the order?

After the order is placed, we will process and ship the order within 1-2 business days Monday-Friday.  We typically ship by UPS Ground, however, faster delivery is available.  Please make sure to mark the appropriate shipping when placing orders to ensure that you get your treats by a specific date.

Do you offer gift options?

You can send a gift to your friend's dog or your dog's friends!  We offer gift baskets that can be personalized with a special message.  If you would like to send a brief note with your order, please include your message in the comment section upon checkout.  We will include this message with the shipment along with a gift packing list that will not include pricing. 

What if my order arrives damaged or I am unsatisfied with my products?

Happy Inu Bakery stands behind our products 100% and if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately.  We can then provide you with a replacement product or store credit.
